Job Summary

Serve as an entry-level associate networking technical services specialist, partnering with the TS Systems Integration team and Implementation Engineering to handle less complex installations, configuration work, and break/fix incidents. Learn to own portions of deployments, support problem management during project lifecycles, and develop knowledge of project and administration processes. Work alongside Senior Associate/L2 engineers to meet client requirements and build toward associate-level networking certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn to own portions of installations, deployments, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
•Work with the TS Systems Integration and Implementation Engineering teams to meet client requirements.
•Action less complex configurations and installations.
•Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
•Support Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers and perform related tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•Some work experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
•Experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
•Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
•Associate-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
