Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to own portions of installations, deployments, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
  • •Work with the TS Systems Integration and Implementation Engineering teams to meet client requirements.
  • •Action less complex configurations and installations.
  • •Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
  • •Support Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers and perform related tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Some work experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
  • •Associate-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
