Job Summary

Develop and optimize Qiddiya DMO’s multi-channel distribution ecosystem across B2B and B2C booking channels, including OTAs, GDS platforms, travel trade networks, corporate travel, and direct booking. Lead distribution strategy, channel prioritization and mix, OTA/GDS connectivity, pricing and yield optimization, and performance reporting dashboards. Manage trade partner onboarding and portals, run partner engagement and training, and mentor the Distribution team while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Qiddiya’s B2B and B2C distribution strategy across OTA platforms, GDS systems, travel trade channels, corporate travel partners, and direct booking channels.
•Manage channel prioritization and channel mix to optimize inventory allocation, rate parity, visibility, profitability, and customer acquisition.
•Oversee OTA portfolio management, including onboarding new platforms, negotiating commercial agreements, and improving content quality, conversion, and visibility.
•Ensure accurate GDS connectivity so Qiddiya’s tourism inventory is represented and bookable across key global systems for corporate and agency markets.
•Own the distribution technology ecosystem (CMS, CRS, OTA connectivity tools, booking platforms), collaborate with Technology on integrations, and report performance to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•6+ years of relevant experience in distribution, revenue management, channel management, or commercial operations in tourism, hospitality, travel technology, or destination management.
•Proven experience managing OTA platforms, GDS connectivity, trade distribution channels, and booking ecosystems at a destination or hospitality organization.
•Strong understanding of channel management systems, central reservation systems, revenue optimization, and dynamic pricing strategies.
•Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders, with strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
