Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading engineering teams and delivering scalable fintech or financial SaaS products.
  • •Proven fintech experience across financial platforms, payment processing, digital banking, risk management, or regulatory tech.
  • •Backend expertise in one or more languages (Java, Go, Python, JavaScript) plus experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Frontend familiarity with web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and experience with React, VueJS, or Angular is a plus.
