Senior Engineering Manager / Engineering Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical fintech products, from inception through launch and beyond. Own architecture and scaling of secure, high-performance backend systems for complex financial transactions and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor an engineering team, set standards for code quality, and actively contribute through code reviews. Partner cross-functionally to shape technical strategy and roadmap priorities, while enforcing security, compliance, and scalability best practices.
