Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Finance Operations team (6-10 FTEs), including recruiting, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
•Oversee Revenue Recognition and Reconciliation, Invoice Management, Contract/Project Set Up and Maintenance, and Accounts Receivable Management.
•Maintain relationships with client finance, Accounts Executives and business departments.
•Drive and support continuous process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency.
•Ensure delivery against Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators; act as a point of contact for client finance departments, AEs and multi-function leaders.
