Job Summary

Drive product vision, OKRs, and roadmaps for a Salesforce and Agentforce platform ecosystem, aligning customer, business, and platform objectives. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and planning to launch and retirement—while managing modernization, technical debt considerations, and key trade-offs. Lead cross-functional, highly matrixed teams across product, technology, data, AI/ML, risk, compliance, legal, and channel/sales stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, observable, compliant capabilities and measurable business outcomes.

•Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements.
•Establish product vision, charter, and roadmap by connecting customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy.
•Define and manage OKRs and success metrics; drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
•Own platform capabilities spanning Salesforce and Agentforce, including integrations and partnerships (RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Data360).
•Lead highly matrixed teams and foster alignment across stakeholders to ensure coherent delivery and customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,255 - 200,300 annually
