Lead daily operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and brand standards. Coach and develop associates, manage floor coverage and opening/closing procedures, and help drive sales by monitoring KPIs and performance goals. Oversee stockroom and inventory flow, maintain visual merchandising standards, support shipping/receiving and loss prevention, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering an inclusive, high-performing store environment.
