Support the European Product Compliance team by handling customer requests and projects related to regulatory compliance for Label and Packaging Materials, including Food Contact and Pharma categories. Help improve International Material Data System (IMDS) data integrity, analyze and interpret EU/UK chemical and material regulations, and contribute to compliance initiatives. Work hybrid from the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest while partnering on process improvements, including exploring AI tools to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily compliance support by addressing customer questions and inquiries.
•Analyze, interpret, and research chemical and material regulations to ensure product compliance.
•Improve IMDS data integrity for automotive applications by identifying and implementing workflow optimization opportunities.
•Partner with the Product Compliance team to explore and propose process improvements, including AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 550 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Law, or a related field.
•Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
•Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
•Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
•Knowledge of, or strong interest in, materials science, EU/UK environmental regulations, IMDS, or AI tools.
