Key Responsibilities

•Design and build large-scale backend services for signal ingestion, identity matching, attribution, and ads measurement that support ads delivery and growth.
•Develop scalable real-time and batch data pipelines to maximize the value of first-party and third-party signals across global advertising traffic.
•Build foundational data and ML infrastructure for audience systems, ads ranking, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
•Improve signal quality, system reliability, model effectiveness, and business outcomes using backend engineering and data-driven thinking.
•Leverage AI agents and LLM-powered automation to enhance signal processing, data operations, optimization workflows, and engineering productivity.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•2+ years of experience building backend services or infrastructure engineering.
•Strong coding skills in one or more languages such as Go, Python, C++, or Java.
•Solid understanding of distributed systems, backend architectures, and data processing frameworks.
•Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across teams.
