Senior Product Manager, Recommendations

Own Hinge’s recommender decision—who to show next—by improving core recommendations end to end. Partner with data science and ML to personalize ranking and inputs, turn ambiguous problems into structured roadmaps, and make evidence-based decisions using experiments and behavioral data. Collaborate closely across engineering, design, and research while communicating plans and results clearly, and help ensure recommendations remain equitable, fair, safe, and aligned with company values.
