Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and the Power Platform. Build custom plugins, workflows, web resources, and Power Automate/Power Apps solutions, and deliver data integrations using Azure services and REST APIs. Partner with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements, optimize CRM performance, support migrations and upgrades, and maintain code quality with Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
•Build and maintain custom components such as plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
•Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
•Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, support migration activities, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
•Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
•Experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
•Experience with Dataverse and managing CRM data models.
•Strong integration experience using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
