Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and potential issues.
  • •Operate multiple packaging machines and keep production running by clearing jams and minimizing downtime.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments; support maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
  • •Monitor product weights and appearance, communicate quality holds/changeovers with Quality Assurance, and maintain compliance with GMPs, PPE, and food safety.
  • •Maintain clean work areas, perform sanitation and equipment teardown/cleaning/reassembly, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Previous mechanical experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance, industrial, automotive, agricultural, or similar mechanical environment.
  • •Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
  • •Ability to lead and support team activities on a production line.
  • •Ability to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
