Associate Project Manager - Pre-Construction

Support pre-construction for new store openings and renovations by managing due diligence, feasibility packages, vendor coordination, procurement, and budget tracking. Create and review feasibility studies, test fits, walkthroughs, and project overviews to align internal stakeholders and secure budget approvals. Maintain project documentation and schedules, coordinate vendor estimates and design materials, and help drive smooth hand-offs from pre-construction to active construction.
