Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare reporting and analyses for management and the Board, including annual/quarterly financial reviews, board materials, investor reporting, and weekly/monthly business reviews.
  • •Continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting processes, becoming a power user in Adaptive Planning and identifying opportunities to automate.
  • •Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams (Accounting, IT, Corporate Development, People/HR) as a key liaison for corporate model activities.
  • •Integrate AI into financial processes to uncover insights, optimize forecast accuracy, identify emerging trends, and drive automations.
  • •Support M&A analysis through financial modeling and due diligence, and own balance sheet and cash flow forecasting while optimizing working capital.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive finance experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Build 3-statement financial models and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Be able to work as a power user in financial planning systems (Adaptive Planning) and Oracle (or show willingness to learn).
  • •Manage and analyze large data sets, identify process improvement opportunities, and critically evaluate existing processes.
  • •Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans; communicate clearly at the executive level with strong presentation and writing skills.
