Job Summary

Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the PRM Chengdu site’s facilities and utility systems. Oversee daily inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of HVAC, electrical, water, drainage, and wastewater systems, troubleshoot breakdowns, and execute preventive maintenance. Contribute to facility upgrades and energy-efficiency initiatives, ensure compliance with health/safety/environment/fire requirements, manage contractors, and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment.
•Monitor system performance and maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
•Respond promptly to facility issues or breakdowns, troubleshoot root causes, and implement timely repairs.
•Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
•Support facility upgrades and energy-efficiency initiatives, ensure health/safety/environment/fire compliance, and manage contractors.

Key Requirements

•Background in engineering or technical disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, water systems, or facilities management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
•Practical knowledge of facility systems with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.
•Experience supporting maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance planning and execution.
•Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and system diagrams.
•Basic English communication skills and willingness to work on-site with strong responsibility and accountability.
