Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment.
  • •Monitor system performance and maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
  • •Respond promptly to facility issues or breakdowns, troubleshoot root causes, and implement timely repairs.
  • •Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
  • •Support facility upgrades and energy-efficiency initiatives, ensure health/safety/environment/fire compliance, and manage contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in engineering or technical disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, water systems, or facilities management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Practical knowledge of facility systems with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.
  • •Experience supporting maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • •Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and system diagrams.
  • •Basic English communication skills and willingness to work on-site with strong responsibility and accountability.
