Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive high-quality software release delivery for FW, SDK, and NOS Switch products, from kickoff to signoff.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Marketing to coordinate releases, meet schedules, and ensure quality.
  • •Use planning and tracking systems to lead release progress, build release indicators, and run release meetings.
  • •Collaborate with QA to align tests across development, verification, and QA teams; resolve issues and raise red flags when needed.
  • •Define and improve release processes, guidelines, and checklists across the Switch SW group, collaborating with global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience as a Release Manager or SW project leadership with 8+ years of overall experience.
  • •Experience leading global projects and coordinating across multiple teams.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve release issues.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Atlassian Confluence, and enterprise ticket systems (e.g., Redmine, Jira, TFS).
