Telecommunications Technician

Install, splice, and test copper and fiber to maintain and repair telecommunications networks, ensuring service continuity for residential and small business customers. Perform continuity and conformance testing with industry tools, troubleshoot faults, and carry out “dig and fix” repairs. Read service orders and technical documentation, coordinate testing, and document results. Work safely in aerial, buried, and underground plant conditions with a schedule that includes possible overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
