Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root cause accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner on business reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead and coach Operations Associates through daily execution, recruitment and development, and ongoing feedback using company performance tools.
  • •Collaborate with Visual and Sales & Service leads to execute cross-functional training and open/close the store according to BOH standards.
