Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate day-to-day stock activities, setting objectives and training/coaching the stock team.
  • •Ensure stock operations and systems are maintained for accurate processing of deliveries, claims, returns, transfers, and damaged/stolen/loan items.
  • •Follow up on negative stocks and manage expired reservations and stock accuracy checks, including ticketing verification.
  • •Plan and execute stocktakes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, produce reports for Finance, and implement corrective actions to reduce shrinkage.
  • •Implement optimised storage practices (including 5S controls), support process improvements with teams, and ensure health, safety, and security in stockrooms.

  • •Organised, flexible and reliable with strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Solid understanding of inventory-related best practices and experience coordinating inventory projects.
  • •Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and motivate a stock team.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with store teams and key stakeholders.
  • •Good IT skills, including EPOS systems and Microsoft Office.
