Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory, including what/why/why now.
  • •Build Forge Factory from the ground up: vision, MVP scope, shipping, and iteration based on user feedback and business outcomes.
  • •Partner with manufacturing, reliability, and product operations to connect workflows into a coherent operating environment.
  • •Define integration strategy between manufacturing systems and adjacent platforms (MES, ERP, AMS, WMS), ensuring correct data flows.
  • •Own prioritization, scope, tradeoffs, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms with high complexity and cross-organizational dependencies.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments with multiple personas and requirements.
  • •Experience taking net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
  • •Experience building/managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange.
