Job Summary

Support delivery of strategic digital and business transformation initiatives for Partnership Distribution by serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, operations, compliance, finance, product management, and external partners. Elicit and validate business requirements, perform process/gap and impact analysis, coordinate testing (UAT/regression), and manage traceability. Help drive project implementation and business readiness, including training materials and post-launch monitoring, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements (user stories, business rules, process flows, functional specifications) and manage traceability.
•Conduct as-is/to-be process analysis and gap/impact assessment across workflows, systems, data flows, controls, and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, including preparing documentation, status updates, and action logs.
•Develop and manage UAT and regression testing plans and coordinate testing across business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
•Support deployment planning and business readiness (training, user guides, process documentation, SOPs), and assist with post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry, including Life Insurance products and system implementation projects.
•Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, customer journeys, business processes, and operational workflows.
•Experience gathering requirements, performing business process analysis, supporting solution design, managing UAT, and engaging stakeholders.
•Good understanding of insurance core systems, digital platforms, CRM solutions, APIs, and data integration concepts, plus Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
