Job Summary

Deliver portfolio-oriented investment solutions to clients and prospects of the HSBC Private Bank. Assess client needs, develop and communicate a comprehensive investment strategy, coordinate advice and execution, and monitor performance and suitability against an agreed risk profile. Actively monitor portfolios, identify opportunities, and provide timely updates to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers. Drive success through strong private banking knowledge and portfolio advisory expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Position and deliver portfolio-oriented investment solutions to clients and prospects of HSBC Private Bank.
•Assess client needs and develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive portfolio investment strategies.
•Coordinate advice and execution against the agreed investment strategy and risk profile.
•Monitor portfolios for performance, appropriateness, and emerging opportunities.
•Provide updates on investment opportunities to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.

Key Requirements

•Extensive knowledge of private banking business, including competitive and regulatory environment.
•Solid portfolio advisory skills and experience.
•Client-focused approach with strong sales, analytic, technical, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
•Must hold Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Securities Futures Commission Type 1 and 4.
•Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other related qualifications preferred.
