Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute complex design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, from discovery and hypothesis framing through final delivery.
  • •Design multi-step, data-dense user journeys, including simplifying information architecture and dashboard analytics.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to design human-centered interactions for AI features and risk predictions.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers to define problem statements, break down briefs, and align outcomes with customer needs.
  • •Contribute to the design system, lead qualitative and quantitative research, and co-lead design critiques while mentoring mid-level and junior designers.

Key Requirements
