Job Summary

Serve as a direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Partner closely with experienced engineers during cleanroom work, supported by an immersive global training program and on-the-job training at customer fabs, while ensuring safety and zero-defect equipment performance.

•Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced semiconductor equipment with high-complex machine components.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
•Use digital diagnostic tools and machine data-based predictive maintenance approaches (including AI) to resolve technical problems.
•Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to support operations and ensure high-quality equipment performance.
•Participate in structured global training and hands-on work in cleanroom environments, working with experienced engineers.

Key Requirements

•Hold, or be on track to complete, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026).
•Be hands-on and technically minded, with the ability to solve practical problems and adapt to structured environments.
•Clear communication skills with the ability to follow structured procedures; good oral and written English (preferably good German).
•Willingness to travel internationally and work in a cleanroom environment.
•Valid authorization to live and work in Germany, with the legal right to return and work after completing the 12-month training program.
