As a Service Advisor in Goose Island, IL, you'll deliver exceptional customer service at each stage of the service process, document concerns for diagnosis, explain options and costs, and track vehicles through maintenance to ensure Lucid's quality standards before handover. You’ll manage loaner arrangements, warranty claims, and payments, while upholding CSI KPIs in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
