Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 147,000 - 184,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
  • •Strong coding foundations in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby, including reading SDK source and debugging production repositories.
  • •Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and APIs, including end-to-end debugging from frontend to database.
  • •Practical literacy in LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and knowing when human intervention is needed.
