Handle incoming phone inquiries from cardholders and financial institution partners, including general questions, secure code and website support, points/rewards, card applications, sales, escalations, retention, activation, and balance inquiries. Maintain timely resolutions and customer satisfaction by validating information, identifying needs, processing requests, and staying current on program and corporate products.
