Job Summary

Structure and manage clients’ FX risk by analyzing exposures and existing hedges, then pricing FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic to create tailored structured product proposals. Partner with front office teams, FX sales, and Client Portfolio Managers to support delivery, recommend pricing and strategy for complex products, execute hedges, and train stakeholders on structured-product strategies and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand clients’ FX exposure and current hedges to design appropriate FX risk management solutions.
•Price FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic and develop proposals for FX structured products.
•Collaborate with front office teams, Client Portfolio Managers, and FX sales to support client delivery.
•Recommend strategies and pricing for complex FX derivative products and generate market-driven trade ideas.
•Execute complex FX hedges and train FX Sales and Client Portfolio Managers on structured-product strategies and pricing.

Key Requirements

•Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
•Degree in finance, financial engineering, econometrics, or financial mathematics.
•Understanding and interest in pricing FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
•Modelling experience to perform scenario analysis and stress testing.
•Native-level German and fluent English; Excel required, Python preferred.
