Key Responsibilities

•Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region to lift brand awareness and drive demand.
•Oversee the multi-channel marketing budget to ensure effective operationalising and delivery against commercial targets.
•Establish a smooth collaboration rhythm with global teams such as Product Marketing, Media Planning, and Customer Engagement.
•Strategic planning and delivery of cross-channel regional marketing plans, combining Brand, SMB and Partner marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple markets.
•Coach and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a high-performing culture with clear expectations and professional growth.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience leading marketing functions in high-growth SaaS environments.
•Proven track record managing complex partnership and channel marketing strategies.
•Strong leadership with ability to influence stakeholders, coach teams, and set clear KPIs.
