Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
  • •Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment.
  • •Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Interact with customers to answer parts availability questions or fulfill parts orders, including preparing parts quotes.
  • •Confirm invoice accuracy and coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.

  • •Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills.
