The Junior IT Administrator will be the first line of support for internal technology operations in a remote-first SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

•Helpdesk support: monitor Slack and Jira Service Management to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
•Onboarding & Offboarding: manage provisioning and deprovisioning of SaaS accounts, workspace software, and endpoint hardware.
•Asset & Inventory Management: conduct licensing, software access, and hardware audits for compliance.
•Hardware lifecycle logistics: coordinate remote device shipments, configurations, and returns during refresh cycles.
•Knowledge base: create and maintain internal IT documentation to enable scalable self-service for employees.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of data security principles including MFA, least privilege, and secure offboarding.
