Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive net-new pipeline generation across North Asia markets, improving pipeline volume, value, and velocity.
  • •Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on target accounts, campaigns, and conversion goals.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of LDRs across China, Japan, and Korea using KPIs, activity benchmarks, and regular performance reviews.
  • •Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership, providing updates on pipeline performance, team productivity, and market insights.
