Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process condition and technology for Fab16 operations.
  • •Upgrade process capability to reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects.
  • •Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • •Conduct evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment/materials and perform abnormal analysis and improvements, integrating AI-assisted tools where appropriate.

  • •Ability to establish and improve process conditions and process technology for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Experience upgrading process capability and reducing production cost through process improvements.
  • •Ability to establish and modify process management projects and set process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
