Job Summary

Drive end-user sales in the Miami, FL territory for a portfolio of construction and trade brands. Build and maintain key customer relationships, manage CORE and other contracts, and mentor your local market team on end-user development. Key Responsibilities

•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners, including management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development processes, contacts, and how they execute purchasing (central and facility).
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives for the territory.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool to communicate outcomes and support key account and opportunity success.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 84,000 - 135,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred; relevant construction field experience may substitute for higher education.
•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven results track record.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
