Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Talent Producers, Instructor Strategy, Control Room teams, and Studio Operations to turn class and production plans into reality in studio.
•Run pre-production meetings and ensure instructors are properly briefed, supported, and informed for class execution and immediately after shooting.
•Act as lead editorial decision maker during live and CTC classes, contributing to editorial meetings with ideas from live production feedback.
•Oversee content integrity from live recording to publishing by managing post-class feedback, submitting precise edits, and ensuring clear remediations for final brand-standard content.
•Lead production initiatives and collaborate with on-shift Production Assistants pre- and post-classes to ensure content adheres to Peloton standards, including QC protocols.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,296 - 138,185 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Media Management, Communications, Media Studies, Cinema Studies, Art Management, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
•One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related field.
•Demonstrated ability overseeing content integrity from live recording through publishing, including managing post-class feedback and making precise edits to meet brand standards.
•Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro CC and the Creative Cloud suite to execute technical remediations and creative storytelling for digital platforms.
•Use Final Cut Pro for audio and video editing, supported by QC protocols.
