Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UAE operational commercials including cost-per-order, rider cost, and efficiency metrics that drive the operational P&L.
  • •Manage the operational KPI stack end-to-end (forecast to actuals), anticipate performance gaps, and run executive reporting.
  • •Drive optimization across the network including rider economics, staffing efficiency, vendor and coverage performance, and area-level improvements.
  • •Build analyses and dashboards, interrogate complex models, pressure-test assumptions, and translate insights into decisions.
  • •Lead cross-functional strategic projects by building business cases, running pilots, scaling what works, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting, ideally in marketplace, logistics, or Q-commerce.
  • •Commercial instinct and strong understanding of business levers that drive profitability.
  • •Strong data literacy with comfort working with complex data and models, interrogating assumptions to reach the right conclusion.
  • •Financial modeling and P&L fluency to read, break down, and explain models.
  • •Executive presence to engage, challenge, and stand your ground with directors and VPs.
