Business Operations Associate

Support store operations by accurately processing sales, auctions, and appraisals. Deliver customer service through paperwork guidance, manage auction and appraisal transactions, and perform cash management tasks including deposits and security protocols. Audit and file critical documents such as deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV paperwork, while maintaining confidentiality. You’ll also train new associates, assist multiple departments during overflow, and follow CarMax EH&S requirements in a fast-paced environment.
