Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted partnerships with assigned surge and priority brands and align marketing activity to shared commercial objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of 360-degree omnichannel launches and manage ongoing marketing programmes through performance review.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional taskforces, serve as central point of contact for internal stakeholders, and keep activity on track.
  • •Manage campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and external agency relationships to ensure activations are on brand, on time, and within budget.
  • •Track and analyze campaign performance (sales, traffic, sell-through, promotional ROI) and produce post-campaign reports and recommendations; optimize paid search, paid social, and affiliate activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in brand marketing, account management, or retail marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury, FMCG, or another consumer-focused environment.
  • •Proven ability to lead integrated, omnichannel campaigns from concept through launch and performance review.
  • •Experience building and managing relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management skills to coordinate complex campaigns, competing priorities, and multiple contributors.
  • •Commercial and analytical capability using sales and campaign/digital performance to inform decisions, including managing marketing budgets.
