Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical assistance and guidance across due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, and design/development/construction.
  • •Prepare and review deliverables including calculations, drawings, and specifications; develop project specifications.
  • •Oversee all aspects of projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and examining field conditions as needed.
  • •Design building electrical systems (power, lighting, communication, security, and fire alarm) while following QA/QC processes.
  • •Support client and business needs through meetings, meeting project goals, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer delivering design work for large capital projects.
  • •Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
  • •Strong knowledge of code compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Revit and electrical system studies (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP) plus photometric studies (AGI32).
