Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement Ab Initio ETL jobs for automation, monitoring, and ETL job performance optimization.
  • •Build Ab Initio graphs and design complex transformations using components and parallelism techniques.
  • •Review FSD/business requirement documents and advise on project scope and timelines.
  • •Estimate and groom agile stories for development and deployment, and participate in an agile development lifecycle.
  • •Provide production support: handle incidents and deliver RCA; mentor junior resources on technology and support.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of Ab Initio ETL development and production support experience.
  • •Experience across the solution lifecycle: requirement gathering, ETL design/development, reviews, UAT, migration, and production go-live.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Ab Initio tool suite including Co>Op & EME, Continuous Flows, Control Center, and Conduct>IT components.
  • •Strong ability to build Ab Initio Graphs in GDE and apply cooperation system and GDE concepts.
  • •Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and shell scripting, with experience in installation and scheduling of jobs using Control Center.
