Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate information required to perform payroll calculations and ensure accurate processing across all affected entities.
  • •Reconcile payroll calculations with allocations to maintain accuracy and integrity of payments.
  • •Deliver reports in requested formats and activate payments per organizational policies.
  • •Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legislative policies, and privacy/confidentiality requirements in payroll processing.
  • •Review payroll and related reports, identify defects, and implement year-end/annual review cycles in alignment with regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • •7-12 years of experience in payroll (EMEA/APAC/APJ experience a plus)

  • •Knowledge of ESPP/stock/RSU is a plus
  • •Ability to handle multiple country payrolls in a fast-paced environment and provide high level of service to internal/external customers
