  • •Lead the timely, cost-efficient delivery of legal advice, governance and compliance across assigned regions or matters.
  • •Manage complex employment disputes, investigations and litigation, including strategy development and supervision of external counsel.
  • •Provide clear, pragmatic, commercially grounded advice to senior stakeholders in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
  • •Perform complex legal analysis, research, counsel and guidance, and maintain matter and cost management databases.
  • •Develop and deliver employment-related policies, training and guidance while monitoring legislative developments for ongoing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Education and qualification as a lawyer, solicitor, barrister or equivalent qualification.
  • •Valid/current law license.
  • •Post-qualified experience advising on employment matters in an in-house or private practice environment.
  • •Significant experience with contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment-related litigation, investigations, and restructurings.
  • •Experience advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, plus drafting and implementing employment policies and procedures.
