Job Summary

Own the integrity, coordination, and governance of airport asset data, including as-built drawings, GIS platforms, and enterprise asset management systems. Align spatial and physical asset information in Maximo to support asset registers, data quality, and trend analytics. Partner with Operations, Projects, and Analytics teams to validate engineering data, configure asset mapping/workflows, maintain technical libraries, and deliver dashboards and reliability insights for operational and lifecycle decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and update GIS and base-plan data to reflect as-built conditions across all airport facilities and ensure alignment of drawings, spatial data, and asset information within Maximo and GIS utilities.
•Serve as the central point for receipt, validation, and coordination of as-built arising from projects and change activities, supporting configuration and maintenance of asset registers and asset mapping in Maximo.
•Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Analytics teams to manage graphical/data interfaces between systems, including CMMS, GIS, BMS, SCADA, and other building technologies.
•Analyze asset performance and failure history to support criticality assessments, reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability), RCA for recurring failures, and data quality assurance for reporting and dashboards.
•Support storage, governance, and retrieval of engineering/asset/as-built information within a centralized technical library, including terminology, data structure governance, and systems access guidance to AFM teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
•More than 5 years’ experience in projects, building data, or construction-related roles, preferably in an airport environment or other large-scale infrastructure.
•Experience with as-built drawings and integrated data, including data validation and quality checks.
•Competence with Autodesk AutoCAD and support for base change-related activities (schematics/as-built info, version control, indexing).
•Familiarity with Power BI data analytics and dashboard reporting.
