Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize guest welcome and accommodation and ensure high-quality reception logistics.
  • •Coordinate your activities with all stakeholders involved in VIP receptions.
  • •Set up and support VIP tastings across multiple Martell sites (Gallienne, L’Atelier, La Salle Coquille, boutique).
  • •Contribute to projects that enhance the presentation of sites and reception tools.
  • •Work autonomously as a true team member, collaborating with internal services and external partners (caterers, transport companies, florists).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Sales or related program (bac+2 or bac+3).

  • •Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
  • •Autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus a valid B driving license.
