•Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and backend systems.

•Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
•Develop and optimize asynchronous applications to enhance system performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve backend and frontend system architecture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•9+ years of software development experience.
•Strong proficiency in Python and building scalable backend applications.
•Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Snowflake, MongoDB).
•2+ years using AI-assisted development tools in real-world environments (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
•Experience with cloud infrastructure and deploying applications in the cloud; Azure is a plus.
