Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RMF/JSIG/DAAPM execution, architect secure solutions, and drive authorization package preparation and POA&M closure.
  • •Own continuous monitoring including vulnerability and patch management, log analysis, account/media control, incident response, and annual self-inspection.
  • •Shape early program decisions by embedding with PMO to define security requirements and supply secure-by-design inputs.
  • •Develop people and process by coaching ISSOs/ISSEs, refining SOPs, tracking metrics, and presenting status to leadership and customers.
  • •Interface with external stakeholders as the single voice to DCSA/SAPCO and other Cognizant Security Agencies for cybersecurity matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Typically requires 5 years of DoD/IC cybersecurity experience as an ISSM or IAM-III equivalent.
  • •Proven delivery of ATO for SAP or SCI systems, with prior Enterprise ISSM experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with SCAP, STIG Viewer, DISA SRGs, and SIEM/vulnerability tools such as Splunk and Nessus.
  • •Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance (Top Secret SCI) is required prior to start, and U.S. citizenship is required.
