Manager & Counsel

Serve as a trusted legal advisor to multiple business teams in Brazil, delivering practical, commercially focused guidance across corporate and commercial matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements; support marketing initiatives, customer communications, and promotional activities; advise on corporate governance; and manage litigation with internal teams and external counsel. Coordinate external law firms, identify legal risks, and lead cross-functional legal projects, including training business partners.
