  • •Conduct financial due diligence on key income statement and balance sheet areas and formulate adjustments based on identified risks and business drivers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and mergers and acquisitions/transaction advisory.
  • •Strong leadership and communications skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
