Job Summary

Manage telecommunications invoice processing through First Level Approval (FLA) and validations to meet SLAs and KPIs. Resolve invoice exceptions by researching discrepancies, updating management on risks, and proactively coordinating with carriers and clients to clear approval and outstanding issues to avoid late payments. Serve as a liaison for invoice management, cost allocation, and general ledger coding, including ITSM ticket logging for IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and validate invoices through First Level Approval (FLA) to meet SLAs and KPIs.
•Research and resolve invoice exceptions, including dispute management, validations, and missing/late invoice handling.
•Proactively contact carriers and clients to resolve invoice approval outstanding issues and avoid late payments.
•Provide invoice management services as a liaison for telecommunications cost allocation and invoice exception management.
•Identify IT-related issues and log them via an ITSM ticket; assist with client or vendor escalations.

Key Requirements

•Developing understanding of client cost accounting methodologies.
•Proven client service skills with written and verbal communication suitable for client meetings and correspondence with senior management.
•Goal-oriented persistence in follow-up, escalation, and resolution.
•Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering demonstrated results.
•Moderate experience providing telecommunications accounts payable services or carrier telecommunications client service, including invoice analysis or related telecom financial roles.
