Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment in support of production. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and accurate documentation of work orders and maintenance records. Respond to machine stoppages to protect personnel safety and prevent damage, and assist with PLC troubleshooting and minor modifications under supervision. Support training for operators and follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP policies.
