Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Managed Services analytics roadmap, KPI framework, and delivery backlog, aligning priorities with leadership and operational teams while reporting value, risks, dependencies, and data-quality issues.
  • •Architect and govern Power BI dashboards for SLA attainment, availability, incident trends, request performance, capacity, utilization, service reviews, and service economics; maintain dashboard coverage and ensure ~99% reporting accuracy.
  • •Architect and lead development of an AI-augmented metrics service on InterSystems IRIS that consolidates operational and delivery data into governed intelligence and delivers production-ready AI/advanced analytics capabilities.
  • •Provide technical leadership for IRIS data models, SQL queries, ObjectScript components, APIs, integrations, and aggregation workloads; execute complex performance investigations and serve as escalation for high-impact issues.
  • •Influence managed service design by defining observability, supportability, scalability, resilience, data retention, and performance requirements; mentor analysts and engineers and represent Managed Services in technical discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, application support, performance engineering, data engineering, or managed services, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Advanced Power BI experience, including semantic models, access controls, deployment governance, and executive dashboard development.
  • •Hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS (including IRIS for Health, HealthShare, Caché, or Ensemble), including SQL and ObjectScript development.
  • •Ability to lead complex query, database, interoperability, and application-performance investigations and translate findings into measurable improvements.
